These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at marketingmoneymobile.com (the "Site") and any related services, content, and communications made available by Marketing Money Mobile Incorporated ("Marketing Money Mobile," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is informational. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, real estate, or other professional advice, and no content on the Site should be relied upon as such. An advisory, consulting, or lending relationship with Marketing Money Mobile is created only by a separate, written engagement letter or loan agreement signed by an authorized representative of Marketing Money Mobile. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
